1. InTheBizness.com (the "Site") is a business networking service that allows Members to create unique profiles online. InTheBizness, Inc. (the "Owner") is the owner of the Site. Applicants to the Site will only become Members upon approval by the Site. Only Members will be allowed to post a profile on the Site. The user (including, but not limited to Members) agrees to abide by this Agreement and Site guidelines.

2. The Site offers certain hosting and e-mail services at no present cost to certain people in the entertainment business.

3. Each Member will be issued a Referral Code. The Referral Code is only to be given to people that such Member wants to sponsor for membership on the Site. The Referral Code is not to divulged for any other purpose.

4. Each Member can decide whether the public or only other Members can contact them through the Site.

5. This agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site or are a Member. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason. The Site may terminate your membership at any time without warning.

6. The Site and the Owner do not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively "Content") that you post on the Site. After posting your Content to the Site, you continue to retain all ownership rights to such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any manner you choose. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the Site you hereby grant to the Site a limited license to use, modify (for instance digitally compress), publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and distribute such Content solely on the Site. The license you grant to the Site is non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid and royalty free to the Site. This license will terminate at the time that you remove your Content from the Site. The license does not grant the Site the right to distribute your Content outside of the Site. You represent and warrant that (a) you own the Content posted by you on the Site, or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth above, and (b) the posting of your Content on ghe Site does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for any royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any content posted by you on the Site.

7. Disclaimer: The Site contains information, images, facts and opinions from various individuals and/or organizations. THE CONTENT ON THE SITE AND THE SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPOSED BY, AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT. NEITHER INTHEBIZNESS, INC. NOR ITS SHAREHOLDERS, PRINCIPALS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, ASSIGNEES AND/OR AFFILIATES ENDORSE OR ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE, STATEMENT, INFORMATION OR OTHER CONTENT ON THE SITE.

8. You agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, fake, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, violate the rights of others, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. In addition, you agree not to post information or other content that is not of a professional nature or which contravenes United States and/or international trademark or copyright laws and restrictions in any way. You will be responsible for, and indemnify and hold harmless InTheBizness Inc., its shareholders, principals, employees, agents, representatives, assignees and/or affiliates against any claim arising from any material that you put on the Site or transmit. Although the Owner and its representatives may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and other content on the Site, neither the Owner nor its representatives are under any obligation to do so. The Owner reserves the right to change or modify a Member’s content, information or message board postings as it decides is needed and without notice. You acknowledge that the Site, the Owner and its representatives are not responsible for the information and content available on the profiles, bulletin boards, chat rooms and any other part of theSite and that any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content presented or disseminated on any profile, bulletin board, chat room or any other part of the Site are those of their respective authors who are solely liable for their content. The Site. the Owner and its representatives reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post, or remove any material, links, email addresses, images, and content submitted to, or posted any where on the Site. The Owner and its representatives reserve the right in their sole discretion to deny access to the email systems. The Site has guidelines regarding posting of appropriate images, email addresses, content, and links. You agree to adhere to the guidelines as posted throughout the Site.

9. Your use of theSite is at you own risk. NEITHER INTHEBIZNESS, INC. NOR ITS SHAREHOLDERS, PRINCIPALS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, ASSIGNEES AND/OR AFFILIATES SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SITE AND THE INFORMATION AND/OR CONTENT AVAILABLE ON THE SITE OR ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RESPONSE TO OR AS A RESULT OF ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SITE. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE SITE, INTHEBIZNESS, INC. AND ITS SHAREHOLDERS, PRINCIPALS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, ASSIGNEES, AND/OR AFFILIATES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND THE INFORMATION AND CONTENT AVAILABLE THEREON.

10. Any communition or material you post or transmit to the Site is, and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You assume full responsibility for anything you post or transmit, and you grant InTheBizness.com.. and its representatives the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any information or content you post or transmit for any purpose.

11. The Site. the Owner and its representatives are not responsible for reviewing or monitoring any web sites linked to the Site from personal profiles on the Site. When clinking links to other web sites all users of the Site acknowledge that the Site and Owner are not responsible for the accuracy or content of those links and sites. You agree to not post URLs and other web links in any form into the content that you post to the Site, whether in your profile or elsewhere, that lead to ADULT SITES or Pay Sites. The Site, the Owner and its representatives reserve the right to remove from the Site any references or profiles containing Adult Sites or Pay Sites without notice. Additionally, certain links to sites, as determined from time to time by InTheBizness.com, or the use of links and web addresses, or the use of html formatting and scripting in certain profile types as determined by InTheBizness.com, Inc., may not be permitted within the profile or elsewhere on the Site. InTheBizness.com is under no obligation to allow the Site to provide exposure to competing sites through links or other methods in Member’s content and may remove those in its discretion, and without notice.

12. It is the stated policy of the Site that sexually explicit images are not permitted on the Site. Sexually explicit images include but are not limited to images of sexual intercourse, obvious states of sexual arousal (erections), or overt sexual positions (such as noticeably visable or spread genitalia). Failure to adhere to this restriction will result in the removal of the images, and the disablement of the Member’s profile. Models that wish to post artistic nude photographs must prove that they are at least 18 years old.

13. InTheBizness.com does not condone bandwidth theft, the linking of images from the Site to other sites, or the misuse of links from other sites to the Site. Anyone found linking images from the Site to other sites, copying content from the Site, or the Owner determines is inappropriately linking to the Site will result in remedial action and may cause the notification of the appropriate state and/or federal authorities.

14. You should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose personal information in your profile, or elsewhere on the Site, that information may be used by others and may result in solicitations and/or other contacts from other parties and shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the poster and/or transmitter.

15. As a Member of the Site, you may be contacted by other Members of the Site, and you may receive occasional email from the Site. As new features or Member programs are developed and launched, you will be informed via postings to the Site and/or email. When email is sent by the Site and returned with an email bad address, we will attempt to locate a correct address from any linked web site, and failing that we may disable your profile. However, if you discover you profile has been disabled because of bad contact information, please contact the Site with the correct information and the Site will re-activate your profile.

16. Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into this Agreement by this referenced.

17. You agree that this User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the User Agreement, the Site and/or the Owner shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and the courts located in Los Angeles, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Your usage of, or posting to the Site constitutes your agreement to the conditions listed in this Agreement.

18. The Site and the Owner reserve the right to change and modify these usage rules as they deem appropriate and without notice.

19. Violation of these Terms and Conditions may cause your Membership to be terminated without notice.
